NEKI Refund Policy
Returns
At NEKI, we want you to love your natural beauty subscription box. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund for returns made within 30 days of receiving your box. To qualify for a refund:

Products must be unused, unopened, and untampered with.

Items must be returned in as-new condition.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt and whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
- If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at info@neki.au.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking and Insurance
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. NEKI cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
